Do not uninstall and reinstall the Smart Receipts app unless we instruct you to (You will face full data loss).
Please contact us by tapping the 3-lines in the top left of the app and then tap settings-->Support-->Ask Support.
Please remember to leave the app log file and device information in the body of the email.
