You generated a report on an Apple device and did not receive the email?

Your report may be too large, and you will need to generate and share it with a third-party service such as Google Drive, iCloud, or OneDrive. This would be an email provider limitation on size and not a Smart Receipts issue.

Did you set your Default Send Email Address for your device? This is the one Smart Receipts will use to email the report from.

Please follow these instructions to change the default send email address for iOS Users:

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Choose Mail App.
3. At the bottom, choose Default Account.
4. Choose the email address you want to use from this list. If it isn't listed, go back one screen and select Accounts. Choose Add Account and then follow the instructions to add your account. After the account is added, you can go back to the Default Account to select it from the list.
5. After the email is selected in Default Account, go back into Smart Receipts and generate a file. Choose Email to see if the send address has been updated successfully.
