Please continue to keep the app updated in the app store on both phones.
You would sign into the Smart Receipts app on both phones. This may be the same email address tied to the app store you purchased the subscription with.
Please be sure you tap the 3 lines for the Smart Receipts menu and then tap "Settings" on the Profile page. Finally, tap "Pro Settings" and be sure the "Sync Account Data" switch is on (Purple) on each phone.
If you encounter syncing issues, try signing out and back into the app on each device.
If you are still having an issue, We will need the following to assist you further (Tap the 3 lines in the top right of the Smart Receiopts app):

Version 5 requires a whole new Tech Stack and Infrastructure. Version 5 requires you to sign into the app and enable the sync feature. You will need a stable internet connection and a Pro Subscription for Account Syncing, Data Recovery, and Backup. Please keep the app open until the cloud sync icon indicates the data is uploaded.
